Mitch Winters, BHA


Mitchell began his athletic career playing rugby league since the age of 4. Since then he has competed at a professional level and naturally progressed into coaching and athletic training. Over the years, Mitch has found his true passion for helping people achieve their goals while personal training, and so completed a Diploma of Fitness and then Bachelor of Health Science, where he majored in Nutrition.

Mitchell enjoys pushing people to their peak performance, with extensive knowledge in a wide range of sports, making Mitch the perfect addition to anyone looking to push beyond their limits and benchmark goals and is perfect addition to the PACT team.
